Our solid wood Gas Strut Servery Awning Window is the perfect solution to open up your kitchen, connecting it to your backyard or other outdoor areas and allowing for unobstructed views, open air space and maximizing space for indoor/outdoor entertainment. Our innovative, simple-to-install servery awning window can be ordered without a bottom jamb or sill allowing allowing the sash to close directly on your counter top, giving you a continuous counter top all the way through to the exterior, creating an indoor/outdoor bar! An entertainer’s delight!
Standard Features:
Frame
- 4-½” solid Douglas Fir jamb standard and minimum – wider jamb sizes available
- Available with flat sill, full-bound jamb, or no bottom jamb allowing sash to close flush on counter top
- Exterior trim available by request
Sash
- 1-3/4” sash, solid VG Douglas Fir
- Square sticking and stop sash detail (no additional options)
- Standard minimum layout: 3-5/8” stiles, top and bottom rails overall
- Custom layouts available
- **IMPORTANT** Window units ordered in paint or STAIN grade Douglas Fir with SDL grids – SDL exterior grids will come as primed Accoya as our default
