Our Hydraulic Servery Awning Window is the perfect solution to open up your kitchen, connecting it to your backyard or other outdoor areas and allowing for unobstructed views, open air space and maximizing space for indoor/outdoor entertainment. Our innovative, simple-to-install servery awning window can be ordered without a bottom jamb or sill allowing allowing the sash to close directly on your counter top, giving you a continuous counter top all the way through to the exterior, creating an indoor/outdoor bar! An entertainer’s delight!

Standard Features:

Frame

• 4-½” jamb minimum standard – wider jamb sizes available
• Available with sill, full-bound jamb, or no bottom jamb allowing sash to close flush on counter top
• Wide selection of exterior trim

Sash

• 1-3/4” sash – additional sash thicknesses available
• Standard minimum layout: 3” stiles, top and bottom rails on face (3-1/2” overall)
  • Custom layouts available

Glass

• Tempered or laminated safety glass required
  • insulated or single glaze available

Hardware

• Hydraulic Gas Spring Lift System allows window to open completely to 90° and locks into place
  • Safety feature locks sash into place when in the open position. The safety release must be pushed to release the lock before sash can be closed.
• Hoppe Stainless Steel Multipoint Locking hardware (interior window handle included – see our Hardware page for optional window handle styles)
  • Additional finishes available
• Solid Brass butt hinges
• Solid Brass exterior pull handle for easy closing
